RICS Homebuyer Survey | Level 2 | Level 3 | Valuations

Provides an RICS designed report containing detailed information for purchasers & solicitors on condition

  • Survey includes inspection of all visible areas internally and externally of the home
  • Each area of property given a traffic light condition rating, indicating where further investigation or specialised reports are required
  • Identifies urgent or significant defects that could affect value
  • (Available with a Valuation)
  • Matrimonial | Probate Valuations available
  • 1-2 week lead times during normal periods. 2-3 week lead times during busy periods.

Energy Performance Certificate

EPC’S – Required by law when property is being marketed for sale, rented and newly built, commenting on energy costs and recommendations. EPC & FLOORPLAN PACKAGE AVAILABLE

Green EPC

Properties with an A, B or C rating could be entitled to a lower rate mortgage.

Floorplans

Available to Estate Agents & other professionals to help with marketing and reference purposes. EPC & FLOORPLAN PACKAGE AVAILABLE

Andrew Yeates

Andrew Yeates BSc (Hons) AssocRICS DEA has over 20 years residential and commercial experience and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Working in partnership with other RICS/SCSI surveyors, this combines a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial valuations for banks, mortgage companies and lending institutions.

Andrew graduated from University of Ulster with a degree in Property Investment Appraisal & Development. He has worked in Valuation and Retail Agency roles at major commercial firms in Dublin, on both landlord and tenant side.

Andrew

Aspects of work included commercial, residential and loan book valuations in the UK & Ireland, the letting and marketing of high street retail units, retail shopping parks and shopping centres throughout Ireland & Dublin.

Andrew also has experience in developing residential properties and has worked on both private and public-sector bodies where he gained valuable insights to valuation, rating work and social housing development.
